Its Spring!!!! Well not really not till Sunday but its Spring. 

Which means its Easter Time.

Cardz Tv Card Challenge #8 "Card for Mothers Day"

Its time for a Cardz Tv Card Challenge

This challenge is to create a card for Mothers Day.

So here is the card I made for this challenge. 

I made this card for my mother. She loves to read so inside the pocket is a bookmark. The ribbons are from stampin up. I dyed the one on the bookmark with distress ink. The flower I cut on the cameo. Two of them I used the distress ink to match the ribbon on the bookmark. I used the color scattered straw.  I used Cardz Tv Stamps set"Happy Days"

Cardz Tv Card Challenge #6

For my card today I used a card from Silhouette design store. I have been wanting to cut this type of card out for a while.

Here is my card this week. I used the turtles- easter  image from Bugaboo.

I also used Cardz Tv Stamps "Happy Days"

The shaped pieces are from a die from Stampin up. I cut the same size die 2x and turned one sideways and used it as my mat. I colored this image using bic mark it markers.

Funday Friday Challenge. Happy 4th of July

Welcome to another Funday Friday Challenge over at  Jo's Scrap Shack

Our challenge this week is to create a July 4th or Red, White & Blue card, layout or other project.

I made a 4 inch square card. I used my Cricut to just out the stars. That came from 3 Birds on Parade cart.

Here is my project for this challenge:

For my card I used Cardz Tv Stamp Set "Happy Days"

The card shape comes with the mat. The inside mats I used the same mat that comes with the card but sized it down twice. I inked around the card and mat using CTMH Sweet Leaf  and then I used CTMH Sky ink around the blue and white mat. 

The card shape and butterflies are all from the Silhouette Store.

For my card I used Cardz Tv Stamp set "Happy Days" which is a wonderful stamp set to have because Mary has covered the whole year and every occasion on this stamp set. My card is a 5 x 5 card. The cream mat layer is cut at 4 3/4 x 4 3/4. I used the Anna Griffin Cuttlebug folder MatelasséI love that folder. I found this adorable "Lucky Lion" on the silhouette online store. I used the new cuttlebug folder Fabric Swatches on his little leprechaun hat.

So excited to show you what I made for this challenge!
For today I made a TP Mini album. This is my first offical mini that I have made and am really pleased with the way it turned out. I cant wait for halloween to happen so I can take photos of my girls trick or treating. I plan to use this mini for photos I take using instagram.

Here is the cover of the mini. I used Cardz Tv Stamp set "Oct 31"

 

Here is the the inside cover and 1st page On the inside cover I used "Oct31" for the 1st page I used "Ticket Talk" and "Happy Days"

 

Here is the sencond and third page. I used "Oct 31" for the "Boo to you"

 

Here is the fourth and fifth page. I didnt use any stamps on it because I wanted to make sure to leave plenty of room for photos beside on the tags.

 

And now for the back cover. On the back cover I used "Ticket Talk" and "Oct 31"

For my "Happy Holiday" I picked Halloween. I love Halloween. I love the fall. Love dressing up and going around trick ot treating. I love coming home after taking the kids around trick or treating to a big mug of hot chocolate or tea and a big bowl of veggie soup or chili. After we get warmed up and ate, we go thourgh all the candy the girls get. I have been waiting for halloween since last year. I have always loved all the fall colors and decorations. In fact I love halloween so much that I have a The Hunted Pooh Village.  I cant wait for trick and treat and all the kids dressed as ghost and witches.

Here is what I created for this challenge:

The card base is cut at 4 1/2 out of white cardstock
The bottom layer is cut at 4 1/4 out of kraft cardstock
The top layer is also cut at 4 1/4 the paper is from DCWV Harvest Gathering stack
as is the strip at the bottom.
All Cuts are from the Close to my Heart Art Philosophy Cricut Cart. Which you can check out here
The little witch digi or as I call her the Candy Corn Witch is from Pixie Dust Studio.
The "Happy Halloween" is from Cardz Tv Stamps "Happy Days" stamp set.

This challenge was to create a card, gift or craft project for a masculine birthday or Father's Day.
