For my project I made treat bags for my oldest daughters 1st grade class. This was the 1st time ever making something for her to take to school. I had so much fun making them and the best thing is the kids in her class loved them and so did my girls.
For the treat bags I used Cardz Tv stamp set "Holly Jolly" and I used the Create a Critter cricut cartridge. I did a play on words because the saying is "Have a holly jolly christmas" and the candy cane is a jolly rancher candy cane. :). Which is really good. Am just saying.
*Update- I have been reading my lovely comments and thank you all for the kind words. :) I have had a few people ask a couple questions. 1. The reindeer is on page 73 in the create a critter hand book. The tree is also in create a critter on page 33. (I hope that helps) and 2. The white back ground is cut from Cricut Craft Room Basic shapes or if you have the Imagine you can find it there in the preloaded shapes. I have both so either way will work. But for this project I used Cricut Craft Room. If you are new and find that Cricut Craft Room is hard to use check out this site Cricut Craft Room Blog. It really did help me.
I hope you are having fun on the hop.
Please be sure to check out Mary’s blog(Cardz Tv) because she will be giving away Cricut Seasonal cartridge Gingerbread and Cardz TV Holly Jolly Stamp set for blog candy. Also Lynn (Sheree) has generously sponsored the hop with an adorable North Pole Collection paper kit from Crate Paper! Thank you so much Lynn! Thank you to both of you for these wonderful items. In order to win leave a comment at each design team members blog. :)
